Stormwater runoff occurs when rain and snowmelt flows over land or impervious surfaces, such as streets, parking lots, sidewalks, and rooftops, and does not percolate into the ground. Increases in impervious surface hardscapes have cause higher flow rates in runoff debris flow – chemicals, oils, sediment and other pollutants that adversely affect water quality when discharged to the environment without stormwater treatement.
Meza is a general engineer, working, and coordindating efforts with civil engineers and landscape firms who specializes in the design and analysis of stormwater related infrastructure and best management practices. Our sought after goals, strives to reduce environmental impacts by focusing on the control, conveyance, reduction, and treatment of stormwater runoff through a combinations of stormwater practices and natural design techniques.
We are committed to stormwater management and water resources, we listen to the needs of our clientele – whether a public or private entities

Recent Project
Installed an aesthetically pleasing and integrated solution that included one bioretention facility and two grass channels to treat stormwater from an adjacent parking lot. Permitted through the State of California, our work on this project included all aspects of , construction and as-built.
